Bruce Hinkley has over 35 years of nuclear experience as both a consultant and nuclear utility executive in the areas of project management, engineering, construction, licensing/ regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and commissioning/start-up.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
