Michael R. Campbell has over 35 years of progressive experience in management and administration of construction and maintenance contracts in the Nuclear and Fossil arena. His experience enables him to bring both the owners’ and contractors’ perspective into view to accomplish their mutual goals. His leadership skills and passion to succeed have contributed to his progression to increasing responsibility in construction leadership roles. He is a proven and effective change agent, delivering solid, tangible, and innovative results. He has held positions ranging from Project Manager to Senior Vice President in nuclear supplier organizations both in the U.S and Canada. Over the past 20 years Mike has facilitated and led organizations to effectively address human performance, organizational effectiveness, safety culture, and problem identification and resolution challenges. His experience and leadership in these baselines has enabled Michael to facilitate a number of performance turnarounds in fossil and nuclear organizations.
