Richard N. Swanson 

Mr. Swanson has over forty years of management and consulting experience with organizations in high-hazard and capital-intensive technical industries.  His direct budgetary responsibilities have included annual budgets of $245 million (capital) and $74 million (expense), with management responsibility for organizations of up to 550 employees.

Line management responsibilities have included Engineering General Manager, Quality Assurance Director (covering both performance-based and compliance-based QA), Director of Project Management, Regulatory Affairs Director, and (Backfit) Construction Manager. 

Clients have included: manufacturing organizations; Federal and state government agencies; nuclear and fossil generating companies; uranium enrichment facilities; electric transmission and distribution companies; and legal firms.
