David Hutchson

David Hutchson has 39 years investigative, human and performance improvement experience in the nuclear industry. Over the past eight years David has developed human performance programs and associated technical training for transient contract trades personnel in the commercial nuclear power industry in Canada. 

David has a broad background with corrective actions, human performance, performance indicators, operating experience, root cause analysis, self- assessment, trending & analysis and high reliability organizations. He has acquired a broad framework of INPO, WANO and IAEA nuclear expertise during the span of his career.  David specializes in HU - The Human Element and Human Error Reduction, and is a Behavioral and Human Factors Subject Matter Expert.  

His Focus Areas are human performance, organizational effectiveness, safety culture, problem identification & resolution, facilitation of organizational and nuclear program turnarounds and implementation of high reliability organizations. David is a dynamic and effective change agent with a proven track record.
