  WorkPlace Cornerstone is a consulting practice that engages the cross-cutting components (Human Performance, PI&R, and Safety Culture) of an organization's cornerstones to facilitate High Reliability Organization (e.g., nuclear) program turnarounds, remediate corrective action programs, and lead high consequence event root cause teams. As well, we provide nuclear technical support, organizational assessments (e.g., conduct of operations, organizational performance and effectiveness), nuclear safety culture (and SCWE) assessments and remediation, project management, event and organizational response evaluations, organizational change and transition, human performance, leadership development, team building dynamics, and individual, group and organizational interventions.
