Jack is a seasoned nuclear engineer with comprehensive project and management skills utilizing broad experience in submarine manufacturing, nuclear power plants, and research reactors using nuclear technology. Jack has developed an  in-depth knowledge of the manufacture and delivery of safety-critical/ complex high-value modules on time and within budget.  Proven team leader and consultant to senior management in a variety of settings and has obtained “top secret” (Q-level) clearance from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and is an honorably discharged veteran of the
Vietnam War.
