WorkPlace Cornerstone is comprised of a team of senior experienced consultants that engages the cross-cutting components (human performance, safety culture, and PI&R - problem identification and resolution/ corrective action programs) of the cornerstones to facilitate organizational and nuclear program turnarounds, remediate corrective action programs, and lead high consequence event root cause teams.

Supporting these performance improvement initiatives, we provide nuclear technical support, organizational assessments (e.g., conduct of operations, organizational performance, selection, and effectiveness), nuclear safety culture (and SCWE) assessments and remediation, Employee Concerns Program support, project management, event and organizational response evaluations, organizational change and transition, human performance, socialization, leadership development, team building dynamics, and individual, group and organizational interventions.
