Michael D. Quinn is a founding Principal in WorkPlace Cornerstone, a consulting practice that engages the cross-cutting components (human performance, safety culture, and PI&R - problem identification and resolution/ corrective action programs) of the cornerstones to facilitate organizational and nuclear program turnarounds, remediate corrective action programs, and lead high consequence event root cause teams.
He has over 40 years in the nuclear industry, including 25 years in the power block. Over the past 20 years Michael has provided organizational and program recovery project management, corrective action program, root cause evaluation, leadership development/ coaching, assessment, and related consulting services to several industry sectors, including: the commercial nuclear power industry in the U.S. and Canada; U.S. Government (e.g., U.S. NRC, U.S. DOE); and other Organizations requiring high reliability performance.

Licenses and Certifications
Michael holds a Doctorate of Science in Organizational Management Systems, a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in organizational behavior, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry.
